All our inflatable structures are crafted using heavy-duty, commercial-grade PVC tarpaulin or high-density Oxford cloth that features Flame Retardant (certified to EN71, ASTM, B1/M2 standards), waterproof, and UV-resistant properties. Furthermore, all supplied air blowers are certified with CE, UL, or GS, perfectly matching your local voltage and plug standards (e.g., 110V for US, 220V for EU/UK).
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece. We understand that custom innovative art installations, tech-infused inflatables, or specific marketing props are often unique, one-off projects. We fully support event planners and brands with single-unit custom projects, while also possessing the production capacity (with our 4,000 m² factory) to handle bulk wholesale orders efficiently.
How long does it take from order placement to delivery (Lead Time)?
Generally, the production lead time for standard custom props is 7 to 15 working days after 3D design approval, depending on the complexity and scale. Shipping via air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) takes around 5-8 days, while sea or rail freight for bulky structures takes 25-40 days. We will provide a definitive timeline during quotation to align with your event schedule.
Can you integrate smart LED lighting or interactive tech into the inflatables?
Yes, this is our specialty. Our Next-Gen Tech Inflatables can be fully integrated with programmable RGB LED lighting strips, sound-responsive sensor modules, and remote/DMX control systems. How do you guarantee product quality before shipping?
We implement a strict 100% in-house quality inspection. Every single product undergoes a continuous 24-hour inflation test in our factory to check for air retention, seam strength, and structural integrity. For interactive tech inflatables, we also test all electronic components and light routing. We send high-definition photos and videos of the tested product to you for confirmation before packaging.
What accessories are included in the package?
A complete setup kit is included with every order. This typically includes: the certified air blower(s), anchoring ropes, stakes/sandbags (if requested), and a comprehensive setup/maintenance guide. We also include a free repair kit containing matching fabric patches and professional adhesive for accidental punctures.
How easy is it to install, deflate, and store these large inflatables?
Our designs prioritize rapid deployment. Most custom and commercial props can be fully inflated within 5 to 20 minutes using our high-efficiency blowers. For deflation, we install multiple oversized zipper flaps hidden under aesthetic covers, allowing the air to escape quickly. Once deflated, they roll up into a compact size, making them highly portable and easy to store in the provided durable bags.
